肌と肌が触れ合うこと

タイマッサージコース修了しました。

この2週間覚えることが満載で、

脳がフル稼働。

脳みその空き容量がもうないなぁ〜

限界だなぁ

なんて思いつつも、

なぜか、焦りもなく、ストレスもなく

リラックスして

笑顔で乗り越えることができたのは

肌と肌のふれあいが

あったからだと、

今振り返って感じています。

この2週間

国境も体格も性別も言葉の壁も越えて、

いろんなパートナーと

マッサージの練習を積む機会を

沢山与えてもらいました。

言葉も年齢も性別も国境も体格も

関係ない。そこにあるのは、

あなたも私も同じという感覚。

oneness。

あなたのカラダにいたわりの気持ちを

込めて、敬意を込めて、祈りを込めて

触れれば触れるほどに

自分のカラダと心もほぐれて癒されていく。

あなたも私も同じく愛おしい存在。

あなたと私との間には

何の境界線もない。

肌と肌を触れ合うことで

頭ではなく、思考ではなく、

その感覚は自分の中に自然に湧き起こる。

素晴らしい2週間でした。
